Ryton

Ryton® PPS (PolyPhenylene Sulfide) is an advanced engineering plastic well known for its chemical resistance even at elevated temperatures. It offers excellent machinability, good mechanical strength, and enhanced hydrolytic stability. Ryton is insoluble to any type of solvents below 3920F and shows good resistance to steam, fuels, and strong bases and acids. It offers a very low co-efficient of linear thermal expansion. Exceptional dimensional stability, stiffness, and compressive strength make it suitable for enclosures and structural components. It is an ideal choice for manufacturing machined components with precise tolerance.
